The will of the Father

I am deeply grateful that Jesus Christ was willing to suffer the will of the Father in all things, paying the ultimate price to the very end.  If he can endure to the end for me, I can try to do so for him, in love and service.

O my Father, if it be possible,
let this cup pass from me:
nevertheless not as I will,
but as thou wilt.
