They That Passed by Railed on Him

This week I've been pondering the final moments of the Savior's mortal ministry. He truly set an example of enduring to the end through the ridicule of the world and despite carrying that burden alone.

I think we all have moments where we feel alone. Jesus understands. And following the words of 2 Nephi 9:18, I'm grateful that he led the way.

And the superscription of his accusation was written over,
THE KING OF THE JEWS.
And they that passed by railed on him….

But, behold, the righteous,
the saints of the Holy One of Israel,
they who have believed in
the Holy One of Israel,
they who have endured
the crosses of the world,
and despised the shame of it,
they shall inherit the kingdom of God,
which was prepared for them
from the foundation of the world,
and their joy shall be full forever.
